Tai Chi classes held in Ararat for Cancer patients and their carers
Anne Francis has been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong for 5 years and has trained with leading Tai Chi and Qigong Masters in Australia and China. The Tai Chi exercise in this program would be similar to walking in terms of physical exertion.
