The governance arrangements for GICS have evolved over time and are consistent with local arrangements, CPCU policy and the interests of particular institutions.
Governance Structure
As the process has developed, governance has become formalised to align with the growth and expectations of the program.
Key components of ICS Governance:
- ICS member health services including host agency (Ballarat Health Services is GICS fundholder)
- ICS Executive Group
- ICS Reference group
- Local Collaborative Tumour groups
- ICS Director
- ICS Secretariat Manager, Care Service Improvement Coordinators and Support Staff
